If you would like to obtain a refund please speak to a management team member who can deal with your issue. If necessary, they will process the refund on the till. Occasionally, orders are not successfully processed, and a repeat order is placed by the customer. If the charge is processed for the failed order, this should be refunded automatically. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account. The timeframe can vary, depending on the customer’s bank. By ordering alcohol using the online portal, you are agreeing that both you and the intended consumer are aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required when the product is delivered. Customers who are unable to provide valid ID on request will not receive, and will not be refunded for, the alcohol ordered.
We abide by a Challenge 25 policy in our premises. Under this policy, all of our employees are trained to ask any customer who appears to be under the age of 25 years to provide valid proof of age.
